DS group at the 2010 Web Service Challenge in Shanghai

The 2010 Web Services Challenge was held in Shanghai, China, on November 10th, during the 2010 IEEE Conference on Commerse and Enterprise Computing (CEC'10). The University of Groningen was represented this year by Viktoriya Degeler, who together with Ilche Georgievski, and under the supervision of Alexander Lazovik and Marco Aiello, designed and implemented an algorithm for computing the optimal composition, that was incorporated in the system used by RuG in the previous challenge. The team was awarded the first place in the category of system architecture.
