Instructions for Authors

We welcome submissions of theoretical, experimental, methodological and application papers. Papers might report completed work, work in progress, or discussion papers. In detail, we invite the following types of contributions:

  • Future trend papers, describing ongoing research, new results, and future trends (maximum 4 pages).
  • Research papers describing innovative and significant original research in the field (maximum 8 pages).
  • Industrial papers describing industrial experience, case studies, challenges, problems and solutions (maximum 8 pages).
Please note the following:
  • Submissions should be original work, i.e., unpublished and not submitted anywhere else for publication.
  • Each submission will undergo a review by three members of the program committee.
  • Submissions must be formatted according to IEEE conference proceedings style.
  • PDF format is required.
  • Papers can be submitted via EasyChair.
  • All accepted papers will be included in the 2nd volume of WICSA proceedings to be published by IEEE Computer Society.
  • At least one of the authors of each accepted paper is required to register for the workshop and to present the paper at the workshop.
