A good, free ERD editor for PostgreSQL is called “ clay ” and made by “ Azzurri ” . It works under eclipse . It is distributed in zip-files which can be unzipped into the eclipse directory, and it needs the GEF (Graphical Editor Framework), which can be downloaded from the Eclipse site.
