Submission Guidelines for Regular Papers
The conference proceedings will be published by Springer in their Lecture Notes on Computer Science series. Papers must be formatted accordingly and a page limit of 12 pages must be adhered to. Submission and reviews will be handled through EasyChair, and the process will involve a rebuttal phase.
The papers should be prepared according to:
- the LNCS author guidelines
- this LaTeX template or this Microsoft Word template
- Regular paper submission should be in the DGMM 2025 track, not the DGMM 2025 STate of the Art Reports track in the submission system.
They should be at most twelve pages long. All papers must be submitted in electronic format as PDF files before the submission deadline.
Review process
- Papers are subject to a single-blind review process
- Process includes a brief rebuttal at the end of the decision process
- Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series
- Before publication, the authors will be requested to fill and sign Springer’s form for the consent to publish and the copyright transfer
Keep in mind that papers that do not meet the guidelines will be returned to the authors.
The articles will be allowed to go through the reviewing process only if they satisfy the specified requirements.
Submission Guidelines for STARs
STAR papers are subject to a single-blind peer review. When submitting, select the DGMM 2025 STate of the Art Reports track in the submission system. Papers should be prepared following the Springer JMIV format. STARs cannot exceed 15 pages.
