Retinal fundus images - Ground truth of vascular bifurcations and crossovers

We provide the ground truth of the vascular features (bifurcations and crossovers) of 40 segmented retinal fundus images of the DRIVE (Digital Retinal Images for Vessel Extraction) data set. The file - RetinalFeatures.zip 24KB - contains 40 ascii files whose filenames correspond to the original filenames given in the DRIVE data set. For instance, the file that is called 01_manual1_gt.txt in our database contains the ground truth of the file that is called 01_manual1.gif in the DRIVE data set. Every ascii file provides a set of pairs of (row,col) locations of all the bifurcations and crossovers in the corresponding retinal fundus image. You are kindly invited to use this database referring to the following article:
